Internship Description

We are a political campaign for a Public office. We are creating a diverse team with professional and social growth opportunities.

We are looking for a Program Management intern to join our team for the summer. Applicants should be proficient in the Google suite and adapting to a fast-paced work environment. Applicants should be organized and committed. Interest in theatre and film welcome!

Program Management interns will gain valuable hands-on experience and a 360-degree understanding of the event programming and execution function in a campaign.

The program management intern will: -

· Assist Programming Manager in organizing all event information

· Enter/update event data in the respective documents

· Update scheduling information across all internal platforms

· Communicate event updates across departments when required

Successful completion of the internship will receive a recommendation letter from the campaign.

Duration: 8 - 10 weeks

Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Strong written and verbal communication

Desired Skills: Proficiency in multiple Marketing/ Design/ Branding Tools, Basic knowledge of any analytical tool (i.g. Google Analytics)

Soft Skills: Organizational skills, strong communication (emails, phone, and social media)
